Study Description

A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled relapse-prevention study with an investigational medication in patients with Major Depressive Disorder. 

Length of study: up to 39 weeks

Number of office visits: up to 19 visits

Qualified participants will receive study medication and study related services at no cost. In addition, participants will be reimbursed for time and travel.

Study inclusion/exclusion criteria

This study is only available to persons who meet all study criteria and:

• Read and understand English
• Meet criteria for Major Depressive Disorder
• Are 18 to 65 years old and are without serious health problems
• Do not have certain conditions such as Bipolar Disorder or alcohol and substance abuse
